You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in Kanso Note, including notes, tasks, workspace content, prompts, and documents.

Permission to process content

You grant Kanso Note permission to process your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the service, including AI-powered features you choose to use.

AI features and AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them.

Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, legal, or confidential information into AI features unless you have the right to do so and understand the risks.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The exact billing terms depend on the selected plan and payment provider.

Cancellation and refunds
