Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Kanso Note account and request deletion of personal or workspace data.

Overview

You can request deletion of your account and associated data. We process requests in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

What data can be deleted

  • Account profile and authentication data
  • Notes, tasks, and canvas workspace content
  • Planner and notebook content
  • Organization membership where applicable
  • AI chat or prompt history, if stored
  • Uploaded files, if supported

How to request account deletion

To request account or data deletion, email privacy@kansonotes.com from the email address associated with your Kanso Note account.

In-app account deletion is not yet available. Until then, you can request deletion by contacting us from your registered email address.

How to request workspace or content deletion

If you need specific canvases, workspaces, or content removed without deleting your full account, contact privacy@kansonotes.com with enough detail for us to locate the data.

What happens after deletion

After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize data that is not required to be retained. You may lose access to workspaces and content tied to the deleted account.

Data that may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.

Deletion processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 calendar days. Complex requests may take longer.
