This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid plans for Kanso Note where subscriptions are offered.

This policy explains billing, cancellation, renewals, and refunds for paid subscriptions processed through To be confirmed when paid subscriptions launch or similar providers.

Paid plans and subscriptions

Paid plans provide access to additional features or capacity. Plan details and pricing are shown at checkout or on the pricing page when available.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed according to the billing interval you select (for example, monthly or annually) unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Auto-renewal

Paid plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges depend on your plan and payment provider settings.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the original payment date, subject to review and applicable law. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Non-refundable cases

  • Fees required by payment processors or third parties
  • Situations where applicable law does not require a refund

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. Trial terms are shown at signup when applicable.

Upgrades and downgrades

Plan changes may be prorated or take effect at the next billing cycle depending on your payment provider and plan settings.
